Super Mario RPG (SNES) Review

This is it My 100th post. This game is an RPG with mario characters (hense the name). If you seen my 2 Legend of Zelda review you might know that I love RPGs. I hadn't played this game yet so I'll give the imformation I know about this game. I am hoping to get this game for my Wii.
(When ever you see this **** that mean I havn't played it yet but I'm hoping to get it.) Don't ask about how I can review a game I havn't played.

Story: Princess Peach has been kiddnapped by Bowser and Mario Goes to save her. Then he beaten Bowser then an Earthquake came and a sword came falling from the sky. Then It kicked everyone out of the castle and took over Bowser's castle. It's up to Mario to find some teamates to help defeat the sword and put Bowser back in his castle.

Gameplay: You walk around different worlds to find the 7 star shards. While you do this you fight enemies, find teamates, and level up to get more powerful. The characters you find are named: Mallow, Geno, Peach and Bowser. I have no Idea who Mallow and Geno are. It's hard to predict what's going to happen in this game.

Graphics: They look great for the SNES.

Sound and Music: The Music is great.

Bad: Some people hated that your level limit is only 50.

Good: Link makes a cameo in this game. I liked Bowser in this game he was funny. The talks with the characters was funny.

Concusian: I would recomend this game for the people who like Mario and RPG fans.

Donkey Kong the Arcade Game

In my last review I forgot to tell you what the other knights of the round table are. Well here are the characters and the knights from the King Arthur leagend they are supposed to be. Shadow the Hedgehog: Sir Lancalot. Knuckles the Echina: Sir Gawain. Blaze the Cat: Sir Percivil. Don't ask about this.

Donkey Kong is one of the classic NES and arcade games. It is short and hard. It was the NES games I played. I first played it on Donkey Kong 64 as a minigame.

Story: DK kiddnapped Peach and Mario has to save her.

Gameplay: You go through 4 levels, then after you complete the 4th level you start the game over until you die. On the 1st level DK throws barrels at you. On the 2nd level the floors make you move and force you off the cliff. 3rd level has lots of jumps and it's the hardest level. 4th level you defeat DK.

Graphics: Super Mario Bros. like.

Bad: If you fall by a pixle you die. The 3rd level was hard and it was rediculus.

Good: None:

Score: -1/10

It's terrible.

Sonic and the Black Knight Review

Here is my first sonic game review.

Story: Merlina the Wizard calls Sonic to her world. She tells him that King Arthur is evil and calling Knights from the underworld to make the kingdom scary. So he go to get the sword, Caliburn. To fight the three knights of the round table and defeat King Arthur AKA The Black Knight.

Gameplay: Sonic has to go through his regular running levels ,but this time he is armed with a sword. He has to go through lots and lots of underworld knights. You use the Wii motions to attack. You can equip abilities to sonic at the blacksmith. There is a multiplayer option. It's called the Battle Mode. You need at least one other person to play with. You can even choose a stage to fight on. You can unlock more characters and stages in the one player mode.

Graphics: Fantastic, Great for a Wii Game.

Bad: The game is too short. You can't do the battle mode without a friend. You can't race your friends. Don't ask what I mean about my last sentence. Not enough bosses. The game is hard and frustrating.

Good: When you kill the black knight the story continues and you get the three knights of the round table to help you. (With different abilities.) You can equip the rest of the character with different swords. Also the return Super Sonic except in knight form with the sword Excaliber. But you can't use it until the last boss.

Conclusian: I love the game ,but people who love the last sonic games might not like it because some people stop to fight. My advise to keep going fast is do jumping slashes to get a boost. (At least with Shadow and sonic.)

Score: 8/10

Good news I got my next Wii Game. It's the latest sonic game, I'm sure. It's Sonic and the Black Knight. A lot of reviewers said this game is very bad. Well in my next review I'll be telling you how good or bad it is. I got this game for a few reasons. Reason #1: I wanted to know why people like the Sonic games. Reason #2: I thought to thought of Sonic with a sword would be cool. Reason #3: I didn't want to get the last 2 sonic games because of a lot of reasons. (I will not tell you them.) I rented it first and I loved it so I bought it (with the help of my mom and dad).

Legend of Zelda NES Review

LZ is one of my favorite RPG, Puzzle, and adventure games.

Story: Link just saved this old woman. Then she told Link of Hyrule in danger and a princess kiddnpped. Then Link goes all over Hyrule to the different dungeons to fight monsters.

Gameplay: This game in not a side scroller or a 3D game. Think like a checker board. You are Link a hero who has to collect weapons. It's important to get the weapons. The game allows you to go to any of the dungeons anytime. They're not locked. The monsters has different abilities. You keep going through the dungeons until you find and defeat Ganon and save Zelda.

Graphics: Good for Nes.

I don't think you want to know about the history. Tell me if you want or don't want

Music and Sound: I love the Zelda Main theme. and there is not much sound.

Bad: They don't tell you the controls for the game. You have to look it up.

Conclusian: This game is not better than the N64 version so the score I'm giving this game a.

Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time (N64) Review

LZOT is my favorite N64 game, my favorite Zelda Game, and my 1st zelda game I played. FYI I played the NES and the 2 N64 games on SSBB.

Story: This is when Link and Zelda was at least 10 years old. Link was dreaming and he dousn't understand what's going on. After the dream the Great Decu Tree sent Navi the fairie. When Navi finds Link our real adventure begins.

Gameplay: Link has to learn how to play, then he has to look for a sword and a shield. Then you fight monsters, then you meet the tree. Then you go inside the tree to kill a monster then he gives you the green crystal. Then you look for the red and blue crystals and meet Zelda. Then you go to the temple of time and get the Master Sword and go forward 10 years in time. But doing those things in the game in harder than it looks. This game is like an RPG ,which I like. You level up, get more weapons, battle monsters, and save Zelda from the King of Evil ,Ganondorf.

Graphics: It is amazing, but I don't know which of my favorite N64 games is better designed. Each boss is differently designed.

History: 1st zelda game was LZ (NES) where it was similar and different at the same time. It'll be my next review. More games came for different consoles and one is one the Wii.

Sound and music: Great but there is no Zelda main theme.

Bad: No Zelda Theme I'll give you a link for the song.

Good: Link can where different color garments. The Bosses with Ganondorf and Shadow Link was awsome. The diferent worlds you go to was cool looking.

Conclusian: The game is awsome anyone will like this game.

I have to give the Score of :10/10.

Get it for the Wii Virtual Console. It costs 1000 wii points. In US dollars it costs $10.

Starfox 64 Review

This game is my 2nd favorite N64 game. I might have said this game is my all time favorite N64 game in my last review. Well I was wrong, Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is my favorite N64 game. Which will be my next review.

Story: James Mc Cloud was sent to the planet Venom to destroy Andross accompanied by Pigma Pig and Peppy Hare. Pigma betrays James and kills him (no blood). Peppy is the only one to tell James' son ,Fox, of his father's fate. It's up to Fox and the rest of his squadron. The names and positions are: Fox Mc Cloud: Leader. Falco: Ace of the Air. Peppy Hare: I don't know. Slippy Toad: Mechanic.

Gameplay: The game is a Dogfighting simulator. You go in an Arwing AKA Plane/space ship and destroy other planes. Plus helping your teamates survive. There are three vehicles the Arwing: Plane, The Landmaster: Tank, and Bluemarine: Submarine. Each Level is a different planet. Each level is different than the last and a different plot. Your teammates will help you defeat your enemies. You'll meet up with Starfox's rivals, Star Wolf with they're leader Wolf. On the 2nd to last you'll face and kill Pigma in his plane. Then on the last level you face Andross and save the Lylat System.

Graphics: Great for the N64 I loved it. Each planet felt like a different planet.

Music and sound: great.

Bad: Your teammates keep asking for your help. It gets tedious every time they ask you for you help.

Good: I liked the bosses and fighting with tanks and Planes but, not subs.

Overall: It's in the Wii Virtuals Console and I will reccomend this game.

Score: 9/10 It's great.

Kid Icarus (NES) Review

Kid Icarus is the first game that Pit appeared (he's the guy on the left side of this post). Yes he is an angel and only use his weapon as a bow not swords like ing SSBB.

Story: Long before earth's creation, in angel land the goddess of light ruled the land. But the hideous monster Medusa, stole the treasures of power. Then Medusa with her army captured the people and turned the soldiers into stone. Then medusa took the godess. Using the last of the goddess's strength she freed Pit with the bow he'll save angel land.

Gameplay: He goes up from the underworld to the overworld and then go up to Heaven. While you do it you shoot monsters and save the people turned into stone. Once you save the people turned into stone they'll help you and you command them. Once you get to Heaven you beat Medusa and save angel land. Once you beat the game you can have 1 out of 3 endings.

Graphics: Best NES graphics.

History: this game is similar to Metroid NES. Kidicarus got a sequel ,but after that Pit was forgoten for 10 years. His next Appearance was in SSBB. Nintendo is working on another Kid Icarus game.

Sound and music: Music good Sound bad.

Bad: The flying enemies, no swords and hard.

Good: The feather AKA wings will save you from falling in a pit.

Overall: the game is great, but it is hard so I'm recomending this game to the hardcore gamers.

Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES) Review

It's the 2nd in the mario bros. series. Some people say it's the worst Mario bros. game ,and I have to agree.

Story: no story told.

Gamplay: You choose between 4 characters, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. You face other creatures other than koopas, goombas and Bowser. Like Shyguys, sniffits, and Bob-ombs. When you're at the end of a level you face a birdo. The end boss of the game is a frog. The 2-player option from the first game was destroyed.

Graphics: better than the first one.

History: Some of peach's moves in this game are in SSBB. A few years later a game called Super Mario All-stars (SNES). It had all of the Super Mario Bros. games with graphics, and Music improvments. SMB2 got a remake for the Gameboy Advance.

Sound and music: good

Bad: you can't squish enemies you have to pick up enemies and throw them at another enemy.

Good: playing as other characters.

Conclusian: I don't like it as much as the first one.

Score: 5/10

I got bad news. I told you guys I was going to make a movie review of Super Smash Bros. Brawl on youtube, but since my camera is broken. So you will have to wait till my mom's birthday.

Super Mario Bros. Review (Nes)

Before I start reviewing this game Yes, I have been playing some old videogames on my wii. Except on Super Smash Bros. Brawl you can play them.

Story: Peach is kiddnapped by Bowser or King Koopa as he was called in 1985. Mario has to save Peach.

Gameplay: Mario goes through levels with goombas and koopas to kill. You go through lots of different castles until you find peach in the last castle and beat bowser.

Graphics: One of the first NES graphics It looks average.

History: In every NES system the game super mario bros. SMB got 2 more for the nes and more games with a different concept. Like sports, 3D adventures, and RPGs.

Sound and music: good for NES.

Bad: if you lose all you lives you have to start the whole game over.

Good: you can stomp on goombas to kill em. If you stomp on Koopas you can push em to kill any other badguy.

Conclusian: I don't like it that much, but I'll only recomend the game for the hardcore gamers. Score: 5/10,

Bionicle Game (PC)

Bionicle is a popular lego franchise since atleast the year 2000. They're little models that are hard to put together with powers. Go to www.bionicle.com to know more about it.

Story: It has nothing to do with the story of the first time bionicle came. Creatures of the names of Rahi and Borack starts causing trouble and it's the toa's job to kill the creatures. Then become the toa nuva and stop the dark lord ,Mukuta.

Gameplay: You play as the toa the game wants you to play as. There are 2 types of gameplays in the game. The regular walking, platforming, and fighting. Then there is the sliding, surfing or on a train kart and blasting bad guys. In all of the levels you collect lightstones to get unlockables.

Graphics: ehhh I don't know.

History: Bionicle started as a toy. Every year there is a new bionicle concept to continue the legend. It got so popular it got 3 movies and videogames.

Music and sound: Good,

Bad: It's not based on the real legend and you can't play as all the characters as a regular toa and a toa nuva. The game is too short and the game too easy.

Good: The end boss is awsome and there is a save file.

Conclusion: I don't like it much but, I still replay it sometimes.
Score: 5/10 Good game I don't know where to buy it.

Wii sports bowling vs Mario party 8 bowling

Before I start this battle review, yes there is a bowling game in mario party 8. Now let's start the battle like we always do it.

Graphics: Wii Sports look like a better version of N64 graphics, but not much better. Mario Party 8's bowling graphics are better by a lot. MP8 gets a point.

Gameplay: Wii sports bowling gives you an aiming sight MP8 doesn't. WSB also lets you throw the ball in the air. MP8 forces you to roll the ball. And the great controls of WSB are gone in MP8. WSB gets 3 points.

Wii sports bowling won by 2 points.

Mario Party 8 (Wii) Review

Mario party 8 is a Board game and what you do is try to get the most stars to win. But getting the stars can be easy or hard. I'll tell you about it in the gameplay segment. Let's start the review.

Story: The story is in the Star Battle Arena. Your one of the 14 characters you can play as. Your trying to beat your challengers in all 5 boards. Then You get the grand prize, but Bowser stole the star rod. Then you have to face one of Bowser's minions in his board (the 6th board). Then after you beat his minion you face him in a boss battle and if you beat him you become the superstar.

Gameplay: The rules of the game is that you choose a character and 3 other CPU characters. then choose a one out of 6 boards, Then you see who rolls the dice first. Then you start with 10 coins to use. In the game you can buy candy with powers to help you. You get stars in different ways in each board. After all the players take one turn the players do a minigame and if you win you get 10 coins. There are 4 tents to go to. The Party Tent: Let's you play a regular game with friends or CPUs. The Star Battle Arena: Is the story mode. Minigame Tent: lets you play any of the minigames and Extras Zone: are minigame that are not in the main game (you can use your miis). After you finnish a game or minigame you get cards to get unlockables.

Graphics: It's a little worse than Mario Super Sluggers.

Music and sound: great.

Unlockables: In the fun bazzar you buy figures and new minigames. When you do the SBA you can get 2 new characters and the 6th stage.

Bad: hard SBA

Conclusion: There were more good stuff than bad stuff about the game. I will recomend it. this game gets a 9/10
